THE long-awaited first adult novel by JK Rowling will be set in a traditional English village with an outbreak of acrimony among the muggles on the parish council.But surely she will be tempted to give at least a walk-on part to Lord Voldemort and a handful of Death Eaters. Life’s not all roses round the door in the country.
